Mission Statement
CFOKE believes that the integrity of our natural environment is completely dependent upon us as educators. It is our responsibility to develop and facilitate, experientially, a level of understanding within our guests with a respect to Harmonic Wilderness Travel and the development of a base level of skills relative to ocean kayaking and wilderness travel. This means that we are more than just ambassadorsto these wild areas; we are indeed guardians. We, as educators, have the experience, knowledge, and the instructional skills to ensure that thepeople we bring to these areas have a level of understanding as to why we need these "Wild Places" and how to interact within them in an environmentally responsible and sustainable manner.
